Kendall began his career at the Little Rock Police Department, serving three years in patrol before moving to the Major Crimes Division. He held multiple investigative roles, including Financial Crimes, Robbery, Violent Crimes, and Homicide Detective. These roles developed his expertise in threat assessment, complex investigations, and tactical operations.

Tampa Police Department
In 2021, Kendall joined the Tampa Police Department, first as a patrol officer and then with the Street Anti-Crimes Unit, focusing on narcotics shooting, property crime, and other violent crime investigations. He currently serves on the Executive Protection Travel Team for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, providing security for team owners, coaches, and players demonstrating his capability in high-profile protection and operational planning.
